Calendar Widget by Home Agenda is an excellent calendar widget for your mobile phone. You can theme the widgets to your liking. There is an option to download and install themes by other people as well. Some other options include a weather function, hiding various events, hiding declined events, and even changing the colors of certain calendar labels. It works best with Google Calendar. Recent updates also added way better performance improvements. Calendar Widget: Month and Agenda are two Android widgets from Candl Apps. The first one is a fairly standard and minimal calendar widget. It includes over 90 themes, a minimal layout, support for Google Calendar, and it shows your various upcoming engagements. It looks and feels pretty good, although power users may need something a little more powerful. Calendar Widget: Agenda is much like the other Calendar Widget app, but with more options.

You can create widgets specifically for your agenda as well as any other upcoming events you might have. Both widgets are free to use with a limited number of themes. You can buy more as in-app purchases. Chronus Information Widgets is a fairly decent set of widgets for your home screen. It includes predominately clock and weather widgets with some news widgets and some other stuff as well. Most of the widgets are fairly customizable and can work with most home screens. There is also Wear OS support if you need that. The pro version adds some little extras like Google Fit support and support for Reddit in the news widgets. Google Keep is a simple and effective note-taking application.

With it, you can make text notes, list notes, and even voice notes. It also gives you the option to share notes with others for collaboration. There are a bunch of extra little hidden features throughout the app as well. It also comes with a simple set of Android widgets that gives you the ability to create notes quickly. They range in size from simple to more complex, depending on your needs. You can also access notes on Google Drive using any web browser. IFTTT is one of the most powerful apps out there. You use it to create automated tasks that your phone completes on its own.

One of its many features is a button widget that activates a command when pressed. The widget itself is rather simple. KWGT is one of a few make-your-own Android widgets. It employs a WYSIWYG editor. That makes it a bit easier than one would think. You can have it do a variety of things and make it look almost however you want. It also includes support for Zooper, Tasker, and other apps. Some of the things you can have it display include system info CPU speed, network stats, etc , time, battery, date, countdowns, traffic info, next alarm, location, and more. It is, to our knowledge, one of the very few custom widget apps still in active development. Buzz Widget is no longer available as of February That basically leaves KWGT and UCCW as the top dogs.

This app is also free via Google Play Pass if you use it. Ovedrop is one of the newer Android widgets on the list. That includes a forecast widget with up to five days, a card-style layout that includes the date and battery percentage, and your basic current forecast weather widget. It utilizes Dark Sky as its weather provider and has some basic weather app features as well. The app itself has a dark mode that we quite like, and the UI is lovely. Tasker is one of the most powerful apps ever made. You can use this to make your phone do pretty much whatever you want. It includes over actions on its own with tons of plugins that add additional functionality. A lot of other apps also have Tasker support to add to the number of things it can do. That makes this one of the most powerful Android widgets you can get. This one is also free with Google Play Pass if you use the service.

TickTick is one of the best to-do list apps on mobile. It has a simple UI, plenty of organization and customization options, and most of its features are completely free. It employs a list style with simple controls. You can use it for remembering your work tasks or your grocery list. You can even share lists with friends or family for collaboration. It also includes reminders up to two per task for free, unlike many to-do list apps. This widget pack is brand-spanking new, having been initially released just before the new year, and if the initial offering is anything to go by, I'm going to be using Melodi in many, many, many themes for years to come. It offers 17 widgets made from 17 completed and ready to customize Komponents, meaning that these widgets can be used in both KWGT, Kustom's widget engine, or in KLWP, Kustom Live Wallpaper.

Melodi has quickly won my theming heart over. The komponents are diverse, inventive, and most importantly they have at most two settings to futz with. Unlike most widget packs, Melodi's components aren't a giant folder of confusing shapes and text boxes, it's a complete widget. You can customize the widget's colors, maybe change the widget from dark mode to light, and that's it, just add the widget, size it to fit, and you're done. If you've followed our theme packs for about the last year and a half, you've no doubt seen a Preset for our themes using Material Music Komponent to get a perfectly themed music widget that can be easily applied to your phones. Material Music still has a special place in my heart. This pack features 3 finished Komponents for its widgets, and they come in three sizes: Large, Regular, and Compact, and the Regular komponent is the one we've most often employed.

The controls are large and easy to hit, and you can color each part of the komponent separately and easily. In short, it's Material, it's easy to theme, and it's free. Yes, it hasn't been updated since , but most Kustom widget packs aren't really updated once the finished Komponents are added. Material Music Komponent free opens in new tab. KMusic is a series of widget packs for KWGT that employ a wide variety of styles. Some of the widgets are based on popular music apps, such as Spotify, Play Music, and Apple Music, while others are completely original. KMusic's widget pack is NOT made of Komponents, but rather of individual layers, which means that they are more customizable if you really want to tinker with them, but that also means that when you want to just re-color things, be prepared to dig down to each item, which aren't properly labeled for easy identification and alteration.

KMusic has two packs, the original and the newer KMusic 2, and both has worth widgets, but KMusic 2 is a younger, smaller pack. There are free and paid versions of KMusic, and KMusic 2, being the newer, smaller and still improving pack, only has a free version available right now. If you're the kind of music listener who really, really wants to tinker with your widgets, KMusic is for you. KMusic 2 Free opens in new tab. What's your favorite? Do you go simple with Ubiquity? Are you willing to get down and dirty in KMusic? Have you given Melodi a shot? Tell us! And if you haven't taken a chance on a third-party music widget, there's no time like the present! Remember, life is too short for ugly widgets.

I had bought one of the widgets which looks good on the image, but In real the buttons on the widget are on each other, so it is ugly and unable to use.
